Beyond marketing, he focuses on growing the business commercially — building lasting relationships with partners, agents and landlords alike.

Nadia leads our lettings team, bringing a lifelong background in property management from growing up within her family's lettings business. With a wealth of hands-on experience across every aspect of letting, she ensures exceptional relationships with tenants, keeps compliance fully up to date, and makes sure our landlords are always informed and at ease.
Adam Karkar
Managing Director
Adam leads the strategic and operational side of BERBER Group, with a focus on building a property management business that is efficient, accountable and built to scale. He oversees the company's financial operations, client accounts, client onboarding, portfolio performance and core systems, while playing a key role in business strategy, process improvement and growth. With a background in building buy-to-let portfolios for investors, Adam brings a strong understanding of what landlords need from a property management partner.
